You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password and login credentials, and for all activities under your account.

3. Payments, Subscriptions and Credits

Some services require payment. Before purchasing subscriptions, credits, allowances or other paid services, you should review the price, service scope, billing cycle, renewal terms and applicable limitations. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.

4. Refund Policy

We may use keyword, prompt, text, image and video safety checks, AI moderation and risk scoring, abnormal usage monitoring, blocking or manual review of high-risk requests, user reporting channels, removal or restriction of prohibited content, account restriction, suspension or termination, and record retention for legal, regulatory, payment or compliance purposes.

9. Fraud Monitoring

We may monitor repeated failed payments, abnormal purchase velocity, unusual IP/device/location/login behavior, mismatched account and payment information, multiple account abuse, stolen or high-risk payment instruments, and abnormal refund, dispute or chargeback behavior.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not bypass safety controls, abuse the services, use bots or scripts for bulk misuse, reverse engineer, copy, resell or commercially transfer the services, use false identity or stolen payment instruments, interfere with systems or users, or harm AskFox, users, payment institutions or third parties.

11. Intellectual Property

Except for content submitted by you, all intellectual property rights in the website, software, interface, trademarks, branding, logos, designs, text, images, videos, code, databases, model invocation workflows and related materials are owned by us or our licensors.

12. Third-Party Services and AI Models

Our services may use third-party cloud services, payment services, AI models, moderation services, analytics, hosting or infrastructure providers. Certain capabilities may depend on third-party availability, rules, policies and technical limitations.

13. Suspension and Termination
